Yes, Alison loves to dress up for Halloween. I always look forward to what she will think of next for her special fun day.
I think her kids have all caught the spirit of the day, too. They love to dress up, too! Tyson had two costumes . . . Harry Potter and . . .
a yellow banana!
The Wilde family all loves "Star Wars," so it didn't surprise me that Preston chose to be a Jedi.
Jenna was Super Girl and Brady was an army man. (Brady actually saved some of his Halloween candy to share with Grandpa George for his birthday. Thank you, Brady!)
This one is hysterical--Sydney as a nerd!
Aren't Mason and Gavin the cutest little Luigi and Mario you've ever seen?!

Gavin was so proud of the pumpkin he helped to decorate.

Ethan was a football hero . . .
Ella was Snow White . . .

And little Cannon with his darling hat was our little angel, like always.

Riley absolutely loves dinosaurs--he's never without one in his hands, so he absolutely loved his dinosaur costume.
So clever and so cute!
And here's our newest little Halloween treat--Baby Kennedy! We can't wait to see her at Thanksgiving time!
Let's not forget Mia--Craig and Cassie's cat--she dressed up for the occcasion, too!
Back on the home front, George and I had six trick-or-treaters the entire evening. Here were the first three! The Hulk, Spider Man, and Cinderella.
Grandpa Rigby really enjoyed seeing the little kids come for Halloween. Here he is with Amy.
Going for the treats were the Hulk . . .
and Spiderman . . .
Don't you just love that big, toothless smile!
We were so glad that Jeff and Amy came to our door because it was so much fun having them come all dressed up. Only three other trick-or-treaters came after them. Each year there are fewer and fewer that come. Maybe there are more Halloween parties now than when our kids grew up, or maybe our neighborhood is just getting a little older and not so many young kids live here anymore. But it is certainly different than the days when I spent a fortune getting enough candy. Some years I would still run out of candy and then have to secretly get some out of my kid's pumpkins after they came home. Oh, dear! Maybe they don't know that I actually had to do that once or twice. I hope they forgive me for telling that now. Hah!
Anyway, until next Halloween . . . you are all Grandpa and I need for treats on Halloween. It makes us happy to see you having so much fun!

I loved seeing all the amazing costumes--even the cat was cute!! Good to see Dad with the kids. He looks great and surely must be enjoying being with your family in beautiful Florida. Great post.
What a great idea to have your children and grandchildren send their costume pictures to you so that you can post them altogether! Great costumes, by the way!!! Dad looked so good in his picture with Amy. I'm sure he has had a wonderful time with you and George in sunny Florida.
