Picking Bracken up at the airport.
His clothes for the first day at the warehouse--he looked so nice. By the end of the summer, it was shorts and definitely not white shirts!
One of the main adventures Bracken wanted this summer was to go to "The Swamp." At first, he was disappointed to find it locked. No worry--George has never not found a stadium he couldn't get into!
So many memories are renewed in the walkway outside The Swamp.
And, yes, he got inside--George just found the right gate to get in.
This year's schedule--we all can hardly wait!
Hopefully, there will be another Bowl title--could there possibly be a national title?! Who knows? Anyway, a fun day in Gainesville, which even included working in the yard of the home we own there. When you're doing things together, you can always have a good time, right?
Each Wednesday night, Bracken played basketball at the stake center with a friend who formerly lived in Virginia by their family. Conveniently, they moved to St. Augustine, so each weekend, he stayed in St. Augustine with them. I think he kept busy enough with work, family, and friends to not have too many boring moments.
Tomorrow he leaves to go back to Utah, and then on Sunday, back to China. We will miss you, Bracken! We love you and will definitely miss you!

Bracken seems like such a good young man and what a neat thing you did for him which he will remember for a long time. Being with you and George for the summer must have made him feel so special. These times are few that we can spend such one-on-one time with one of the grand kids. I'm sure you will always remember and appreciate your summer with Bracken also.
To me, you and George are such good examples of living the gospel in so many ways.
Bracken has had quite a few "life experiences", and traveled the world, but......he will never forget the summer with his grandparents working with his Papa! Thanks for a wonderful summer, and for the opportunity to teach him the value of work, money, and loving his grandparents!!
What a wonderful opportunity for Bracken to spend one-on-one time with both you and George! We really underestimate our influence as grandparents.
